ingredients

jaggery grated - 1 cup
water - 1/2 cup
green cardamoms - 2
oil - for deep fry
orange food color - pinch
cooking soda - pinch

method

take bowl
add maida(2 cup) to bowl
add cooking soda in bowl, mix well in bowl
add water (1/2 cup) to bowl
add curd 1 cup to bowl, mix well, mix tightly
make this consistency
ferment for 24 hours

cover with lid

after 24 hours
add orange color pinch, mix well

take sauce bottle
fill the bottle with batter
close the lid
