I like blogging, why dont i a have desktop software to blog even offine sync to internet online

I like blogging
I want to scribble
I hate to loss my scribling
I hate to wait to write
I want to sent my writing to blogger,

Do you know any desktop software which will do that for me?
Do you have similar problem?
