paneer 200gm grate

onion 2 big cut
tomato bedium 1 cut
shimal mirchi 1/2 cut optional
coriander leave thoda
oil bade chammach 3tb

cumin seeds 1/3 tsp
tumeric powder 1/3tsp
red chill powder 1/2 tsp
cumin powder 1/3 tsp
coriander powder 1/3tsp
garam masala powder 1/3tsp

salt to taste
adrak losson 1 tsp

heat pan
add oil
gas medium
add jeera
jeera color change

add  onion
add green chilli (optional, before onion)
medium flame fry
2 or 3 minutes

add adrak & losseen
1minute
dry masala
flame low
jeera pwoder
dhaniya pwoder
masala low flame
  masala burnt aovidance
lid cover
 1min

add tomaoto
add shimla mirch

gas flow low
cover lid
 2 or 3 minutes
 gas medium flame
  mix  it
---
add paneer
mix it well
grate or break with hand
---
no cooking much after paneer
salt to taste
 laste
   low flame
   3 or 4 minutes
open the lid or 3
add garm masala
 subji taste increase, good smell
    --
gas stop
add coriander for garnishing
