samolina 1cup -> dry roast-> golden color -> keep it to cool

asapoteta powder -> 1 pinch
onion -> 2 chopped -> cooking -> translucent
turmeric -> 1 pinch
chilli powder -> 1 teas spoon
mix it up
carrot -> finely chopped -> carrot fine chopped
french bean -> 7 to 8 -> chopped
fresh peas -> 1/2 cup
add little water -> to coook
cover it up for 3 minutes
water dried up -> vegetable -80% cooked
add samolina
water ration: 1 samolina : 2 water
tea spoon of ghee
