At Empowerment Plan, we work to produce our durable and innovative coat that transforms into a sleeping bag. This employment opportunity ensures that each person we hire is able to earn a stable income, find secure housing, and regain their independence.

The Detroit Lions
“With a deep commitment to women and families in our community, the Detroit Lions have proudly partnered with the Empowerment Plan since 2016. Helping people move beyond crisis and establish stability is a core part of our community giving strategy, which aligns well with the Empowerment Plan mission. From engaging former players to distribute coats in shelters each year, to hosting current players and their wives to see and participate in the sewing process, Empowerment Plan provides tangible ways for the team to have a meaningful impact on some of our most vulnerable populations in our community.”

passport photo change reasearch online
https://www.quora.com/How-do-I-change-the-photograph-in-my-passport
Technically, there can be any one of the following reasons that you wish to change your photo on your Passport:
1. Physical changes e.g. natural ageing.
2. Damaged Passport.
3. You simply would like a better snap.
Taking logical reasons 1, 2 enumerated above. You can easily do this by Applying for reissue of the Passport. Both these options are available on Passport Reissue Application Form.
Just fill in the Application online along with the required Passport Reissue fee (Rs. 1600/-) This fee is for issuance through Normal process. You can only pay this Normal process fee with an Application upfront. If you want to procure Passport in Tatkal mode, you can pay additional about 800/- in Tatkal mode when you visit Passport Seva Kendra (PSK) in response to your Application.
On Application, you will be given an Appointment (Date Time) by the concerned PSK. The procedure in PSK would normally take about 2 – 3 hours. This includes a small interview, snap & biometrics & acceptance of your request. You will be intimated through an Acknowledgement Ack) online next day about Grant of your Application. The Grant will be either:
Ø With Pre verification by the Police.
Ø Or, without Pre Verification if there is no change in Address.
Salient information with details specific to your case in the Acknowledgement would be:
Application Status *Granted Service Completion Zone GO (Granting) Fee Receipt/Reference No. *************
Penalty Receipt No.NA Police Verification Mode ** Pre Verification Passport Validity 10 Years Cancelled Passport No.
******** ECR Status No
·
- The new Passport with 10 years validity from the Date of issuance will have a new Machine number.
- The New Passport will be linked to your old cancelled Passport in your possession. The New Passport will show your old Passport details in a column.
- Your old Passport will be Cancelled and will remain in your possession. However, all visa / travel related grants in your old cancelled Passport will continue to be valid. For example, if you are on a Study Visa in say Canada from say September 2018 through 30 December 2020, this entry will continue to be valid.
The whole process from date of Application to Receipt of your New Passport through Speed Post at your Address will usually take about ten days. Give or take 2 days depending on your local circumstances.
I hope this answers your query.
