if whatever we give to them help in them stay small home, feed them , cloth them

i know one person living with his family with 5k budget per month (indian rupees)
husband, wife, 2 kids(small), cement sheet or metal sheet roof
2500 for rent, 2000 for food grocerries, 500rs for vegetable

government hospital,
if ill, want check privates hospital burden to family
government school
no transportation
no car, no bike( or may old bike)
