Instead of giving 1 lakh rupee house, if we can give 5k per month job, to work from village, small town, any part of the world, slum

Allah please  get as many as possible, atleast 1 lakh people , even the whole world 

in my life time

provide souce of income for food, cloth, shelter, health, education
